Please allow 3-4 business days for your order to arrive. Business days are Mon-Fri with exceptions to holidays. For customers who want faster service, we can have your order expedited and overnighted. For a flat rate of $25.00, your order will ship the next day. We do not keep all our items in stock. This allows us to give our customers a bigger and better choice of styles and colors at lower costs. Occasionally an item may be on back order from the manufacturer, if this occurs you will be notified by email of approximate ship date. We will not process your order until you have confirmed the back order.
RETURNS
15% Restocking fee applies to all refunds and refused orders. If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours after your order has been placed or there will be a 15% charge on all orders that are cancelled after processed.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER AT ONCE WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT. IF ITEMS ARE DAMAGED or MISSING, YOU MUST NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY BY PHONE OR EMAIL. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ERRORS REPORTED AFTER 5 DAYS OF SHIPMENT.
All shipments are tracked to know when they were delivered to your door. All returns/exchanges must be received within 10 days from date item(s) reach your door or they will be refused. You must call or email for an authorization number and our warehouse address when a return/refund/exchange is needed. All returns/exchanges must have an authorization number or they will be refused.
Shipping and handling is NON-REFUNDABLE. We will deduct it from your total before issuing a credit. Items must be in perfect condition, no scents of any kind( perfume, smoke, etc), tags must be ATTACHED and in original packaging or item(s) will not be refunded or exchanged. Returns on unused and unworn merchandise only.
All sales are final on personalized, auction, clearance, bargain and seasonal merchandise.
If an unauthorized return is made, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges that occur to ship order back to them. If an order is refused by the customer once it ships, there will be a 15% restocking fee.
Once your return has been accepted, we will either issue a credit on your card. Please allow up to 14 days for credit.
**Credit card fraud is a felony and we will aggressively prosecute anyone who commits or attempts to commit credit card fraud. We track every transaction and will use all means available to prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.
